What a day! Thank you!

We’re still on cloud nine at our house after such a fun day at the American Heritage Faire! Many “thank you’s” are in order - from the friends that helped with set up and take down, to the friends who graciously watched our kids, to those who put on such a great event and all of our supporters! We met so many great families and really enjoyed our time at the Faire. My kids are still talking about all of the fun events they got to do - corn husk dolls, the sack race, folk dance lessons, the honey cookies, spinning a button & butter making to name a few.

We had such a successful day that some of our items went out of stock at the Faire. I promise to have those items replenished on the website as soon as possible and we will be at the Sustainable Lifestyle event on October 14th at Herb Parsons Lake in Collierville, TN. You can also find some of our products at the Home Place Pastures farm store in Como, MS. They are open Wednesday - Sunday each week from 11-5.

Finally, a special thank you to my good friend Vivian who I got to collaborate with on this event - her tallow soap and tallow magnesium butter were a sell out hit! You can find Vivian’s products on her facebook page - “In my element handmade”. She is taking pre-orders for her tallow magnesium butter!
